Help Quick question about gaming performance on the Moment.

Friend has a Samsung Moment and was wondering if there's anyway to improve it's performance with gaming or is it simply an older hardware issue? For example when playing Jewels Star the animation is pretty choppy (feels like 20-25fps, it runs 60fps on my huawei mercury), It seems like a pretty simple game cpu/gpu demand wise but perhaps im wrong.

We rooted the phone and installed 2.2.2 froyo but havent made any other changes since installing it, gaming performance seems the same vs. 2.1, not sure what else we could try to help, if anything.

There isn't much that can be done, it's a hardware/crappy Samsung issue. According to specs, the Moment should have hardware graphics processing, but Samsung never wrote the software to make it work. Someone made gl drivers for 2.1, which helped a bit but caused instabilities. No one's made 2.2 drivers work, yet.
