Quick question about mouse pad on keyboard dock

Hey guys, very quick question. When you use the mouse pad on the keyboard dock, do you see a mouse on the screen? Or do you just use it to swipe b/t your homescreens basically?
 
go to settings/ asus customized setting has options, when i use the mouse pad i see the lil arrow like if you were using a regular pc.

you can choose mouse cursor or gesture mode choose mouse cursor
