I just picked up my first smart phone (Galaxy S3 through Sprint) and am enjoying it thoroughly. I installed the latest Netflix App and disabled the "WiFi only" setting.
Netflix works perfectly on my home WiFi. If I start a show on WiFi and switch to 3G while the show is running, everything continues to play fine. However if I try to start a show on 3G, it gets stuck on the "Loading..." screen.
I did a speed test for my 3G service. Download was 2500 kbps and upload was 800 kbps. Is my connection too slow? Is there a setting on my phone that needs to be adjusted?
I'm new to Android so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
