Quick question regarding upgrade!

Hey guys, I had a quick question regarding my options with my current upgrade. Here are the scenarios:

A) Upgrade right now with the $100 trade in promotion and get the Droid 3 for essentially $99.

B) Wait a few weeks until the new droids come out and get the Droid 3 for cheaper?

C) Wait until the new droids come out and get one of the new 4g phones.

I tried out the phones in the store and the Droid 3 really impressed me. I currently have an old HTC Eris and let me just tell you it is a piece. My phone shuts itself off every hour, it's slow as all hell, etc etc. The only reason I am leaning away from the current 4g phones is I wasn't really impressed with their speeds and I also can't deal with another glitchy phone (which I heard a lot of them are right now). I imagine the Droid 3, despite being 3g, is the most solid choice with the most longevity.

What would your opinion be?

yeah id stick with the droid 3 knowing its one of motorllas better phones.. so option a), option b) is a theorotical depends if you can wait or not i guess. Most phones are howevever not discounted until a few months later.

Droid 3 is a solid choice. It's good all around phone even without 4G. You also might consider The Incredible 2. That's a pretty solid phone as well.

May I add option D- There are a few other places where you can get the D3 and other stores for less out of pocket like a membership warehouse, online stores or a local electronics store that price matches membership warehouses and online stores. You won't get the $100 rebate but you'll still have your Eris as a back up phone.
