is there an easy way to put your phone on vibrate or back from vibrate to loud ring? without having to go thru menu...just hit one button kina thing? thanks..

I just hold the volume button down and it goes to silent, then up to turn it off silent.

This is what I do, but you can also hold the end call/power button for a moment and tap the option to toggle silent mode.

You could always use a widget, I use 'Ringer Toggle Widget' thats on my Homepage that gives you choices for Normal (that will be the volume level you have the phone set to), Silent, Vibrate and its free. There are also others to choose from the Market.
