Help Quick Question!

My android is NOT rooted. However, I want to do a factory reset. I have done all 3 ways and it gets stuck in the blue text "recovery booting." And will not go anywhere from there it completely freezes.

I do not know what ways you have tried, but you can go into Settings and do it from Privacy. You can also boot into recovery by holding Power+Home+Vol up at the same time.

I think I would take it to a phone store and let them deal with it. These phones are a bit temperamental sometimes.
