Root Quick question

What if I pulled the stock recovery img from the admire and build a cwm recovery using Cwm builder?
Will it work?

I know we have a recovery for the admire already but I'm just experimenting

I did build cwm recovery for the avid, but no one doesn't know how to install it

I dont have the phone yet....I have the money...I just dont wanna get it unless it has all the starter crap so I can at least hope that it gets some ROMs
