That's basically an admire with no service lol so no rom is needed. My galaxy attain is off and I just use it for youtube and games and facebook and whatnot. If you're talking about running iPod apps on your phone, you'd have to flash an iOS ROM, and as far as I know, no one has made one for an Android phone - or ever will. People who want to run iOS buy iDevices, they don't buy Androids and flash iOS ROMs.

If you just want to use it on wifi, then as KageBeast said, just run it - you don't need to change the ROM. Turn on airplane mode, then turn on wifi.

I did not know you could have airplane mode on and still use wifi. I thought it would disable wifi too lol. Thanks for that tidbit of info.
