Help Quick Settings safe on Victory?

Anyone know if it's safe to use the Quick Settings app on VM's Victory? I've read that on the LG Optimus Elite it causes problems (error 67) because of the hotspot feature whether you use it or not.

I installed QuickSettings a month ago and it seems to work just fine. You can't use its "Wi-Fi Hotspot" option (at least not on a non-rooted phone), but that's to be expected.

Thanks. I don't care about the hotspot option, I just want to use the standard basic features.

I installed Quick Settings last night and noticed one odd thing: It reports the amount of memory on the phone correctly but incorrectly reports the amount of free space on my micro sdhc. It says 56pct free/.97gb available which is actually the stat for internal memory according to Settings>Storage.

I also noticed on Google Play that the developer has a newer Quicker app for 4.0 and above but it's listed as "lower maturity". Maybe I should try that instead.
Quicker

Update: I downloaded Quicker Free and it's doing the same thing.
