How do you disable quick settings and get it back to where you have a home page and swipe left or right to get to the other pages?
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.

Download a different launcher
OK? That's not answering my question. Sure I could download a different launcher but that's not what I asked. I'll be more specific! If I wanna use the default launcher is there a way to disable quick settings so I can have a middle home page and be able to swipe left or right to additional pages?
I'm sure there is a way. This is android.if you don't like something, you just have to dig into the code and change it

Wouldn't quick settings be better as a pull down menu?
I find it extremely useful
My quicksettings pulldown. Tapping it will toggle on/off, holding it brings up the settings for whatever you touched. It's also customizable.

Pull down quicksettings were being discussed. So I posted mine to show how my devs implemented it.
Can it be done on a non HTC phone?
That exact design is based on HTC sense... But yes you can do pull down quick settings on a non HTC device.

yeah you can use a different launcher but I like the clock circles widget and its not compatible with other launchers. quick settings is useless especially since you can just use power toggles and have it in notification bar.
Download One More Clock Widget, and select their Chrome Rings theme. It doesn't display a few words of the latest text message in the leftmost ring like the stock Android widget does, but other than that it's a great knockoff.yeah you can use a different launcher but I like the clock circles widget and its not compatible with other launchers. quick settings is useless especially since you can just use power toggles and have it in notification bar.
Anybody know of an app to program the recent apps key to do something useful?
