quick wiretap question

Lets say you have a wiretapped phone and the people who tapped youre phone put a virus on youre phone and come onto the phone line to harass you and leak youre information off youre phone to youre neighbors and other people is the phone company at fault because it happened on their network off a tap they helped place or is it the person who tapped youre phone. And would that constitute as illegal wiretap which should be removed. I know someone who had problems with their wiretapped phone just looking for some info.

I think I answered my own question it would be law enforcement and the phone company who both are at fault and responsible for all damages.
 
A wiretap like that seems like it was intentionally done which it says it illegal to disclose information off a wiretap and to do it intentionally I'd hate to be the ones who tapped the phone their getting sued
 
Seems like virgin mobile is in big trouble and so is the law enforcement officers well maybe enough to add restrictions on phone companies and law enforcement time to add some new laws so this don't happen again
 
Who would be pissed off if this happened to you and what would you do
 
Here's what I heard. That virus ran off Google's search widget. And here's how shady they are. After he went to the fbi and reported them the fbi showed up and he talked to them for a few minutes. After the fbi left his neigbors came outside talking a lot of crap. then there was the night they flashed their truck lights at him and trespasses onto his property which is private property because he caught them spying on him and was about to take the law into his own hands. Oh and they wasn't supposed to be driving that truck because they had no proof of insurance. They majorly broke the law all in a attempt to set him up.
 
Good thing he beat them he beat their entire set up. What they did was wrong.
 
He's handicapped he has a mental illness. Dumb ass people who tapped his phone. Now their going to have to pay his medical bills.
 
Im just posting whats it matter to you no one made you read this.
