Help QuickRemote stops working after Device Encryption?

Hello,

Just what the title says. QuickRemote stops working after device encryption. I have done it 3 times just to make sure. Flashed to stock, and remote is working. encrypt, stops working.

Very strange. Anyone else have this happen or know how to fix this?
 
portions of quick remote are encrypted already,if you encrypt the device,you also double encrypt the portions if quick remote that are already encrypted. turns these portions into unreadable gibberish
