Quiz program recommendation

I'm new here and recently got a Motorola android last week. I need some recommendations for quiz programs. I found some in the market, but I'm looking for one that will allow me to create the answers/questions on my PC and then upload them to my phone. Price is not a problem but a free app is always preferred.

There's an example of a quiz app as one of the tutorials in the App Inventor beta (it's a simplified graphical programming environment for Android, developed by Google and intended for the education market) - might be worth considering if no easier solution shows up. It's free to sign up for, and I haven't heard of it being closed.

I have a feeling that writing the questions into the app via App Inventor on the PC and then loading the app onto the phone might be the only way to meet your requirement of being able to write questions on the PC, since I suspect that a sync conduit isn't something that usually gets written into run-of-the-mill quiz/flashcard apps.
