can I access radio on galaxy nexus

After 15+ years, we've made a big change: Android Forums is now Early Bird Club. Learn more here.
I assume that you are asking whether it has an FM radio, rather than how to access the radio firmware (which controls the cellular and WiFi connections). If I'm wrong, please post again, or better (for something that specialised) visit our Galaxy Nexus forum.
Anyway, I'm afraid that the Galaxy Nexus does not contain an FM receiver. You can use internet radio apps, such as TuneIn, but without the hardware there's no app that can give you actual FM reception. Sorry.
