Well if your phone has an fm receiver that's possible, but then you most likely have the app to use it.

Is there an app that allows you listen to radio in other countries? I've tried to search on Play Store but I didn't get any goods results...

tune in radio has stations from other countries. but it does use data.

1. Radio that doesn't use data means you need an FM receiver. It limits you to local stations though.

2. Radio from other countries needs data, otherwise how will your phone get the transmission from a radio station whose signals can't reach your country?
