I have just switched to a Japanese smartphone Nec Medias N-04D. After a factory reset, I cannot copy my contacts in my SIM card into the phone (I have no problems with incoming and outgoing calls though)
Reading various threads, I know there is something about my Radio... and an update / reflash my Radio might fix it.
Problem is, I am unexperienced in technical issues of Android phones. I know Radio is a part of firmwares and roms, but have no idea how to find / flash / update it. Also, I haven't rooted a phone before.
As far as I know, NEC N04D cannot be rooted yet, although I am not really sure about that.
