can in fact be used towards the purchase of the phone regardless with RS reps say. If RS gives you a hard time, just have them scan the coupon and it will allow it to be used towards the purchase.

I had no problem using it, along with others on the forum.

My apologies ****. A short while after I spoke with you on the phone, I was told that because the phone was a pre-order it is considered a special order so unfortunately we are not allowed to accept this coupon with your purchase. It can be used on any accessories you’d like to buy but not on the phone.

I will speak to the manager about his way he spoke to you. I understand across all of our locations that with the EVO launch it’s been a pretty hectic day and although that is no excuse, I will definitely make sure his tone is addressed.
