Root Radios cut out and wallpaper changes

I'm on SHIFTAO5P ics and usually once a day my radios cut out and only a reboot fixes it. Also my wallpaper reverts to the theory wallpaper that came with the rom once or twice a week.

Any ideas?

sounds like rom/ril bugs... does it do it stock? may want to run a stock backup for a couple days and see if you still have any issues.

Haven't had the issue since I posted about it. Once I find my way to a regular computer I will post think but it's on rootz and/or xda I believe. It's been out for a few months. SHIFTAO5P ICS 3.2 I think is the build number.

Here's a pic of my "about phone" the build number is wrong on it but I just checked my downloaded file and it's 3.2.1

If your wallpaper changes after a restart. Its something in he rom. I would either do a clean install or an older backup. Also seems like IMO has a new updated kernel that you might want to try. Maybe try a different rom? Bolts are known for the data drops. I go through it all the time. Try placing your phone in airplane mode then once in airplane mode take it out and see if that resets your radio. It is what I do when mine goes out.

The wallpaper changes randomly, not after a restart. Radios dropped this morning for the first time since OP. I've considered changing roms, just don't know what to

Just do a different rom. To see if its the rom. This is the first step in troubleshooting.

well it looks like i will be going to a different rom anyway.....phone shut off for some reason and now its not loading the current one. gotta d/l a new one and hopefully that fixes whatever issue was going on.

After being on liquid thunderbread for less than a day, my radios cut out going in, then out of airplane mode brought them back though

i dont think ive ever had that issue. and i usually have 3 bars when it happens

I notice it all the time too. I do the airplane thing as well. For me I think its about how the phone handles the 3G/4G transition, that's when I notice it most. It happens on all of the different ROMs I have ran, so I don't think that's it.

Same here no 4g but if you Go to DC they have great 4g coverage.
