Help Rainy Day Popup? What is this system app?

Anyone know what it does?
Thinning out my phones bloatware and this one has me stumped.

It could be part of another app I loaded.

I have it too and I had a Pop-up one day... I believe its related to the GZgear stuff.

Not running Nitrodesk Touchdown. Just guessing. I got a rainiy day popup... it had the same look as the GZgear apps. It told me to carry an umbrella. I kept all my GZgear apps but blocked the rainy day.

Thats funny.

The phone that can withstand a good rain is the one that warns you to carry an umbrella.
The phones that connot withstand rain, just fail when they get wet.

Seems backwards.
