I'm sorry to hear your camera failed
Are you rooted?
What device do you have?
What carrier are you on?
What were the events leading up to the failure?
Is it the front or rear facing camera?
Is it the stock camera or a 3rd party camera app?
Have you dropped the device lately or did it get wet?
Have you tried rebooting the device or if applicable, a battery pull?
Does it fail when opening the camera or when a picture or video is taken?
Is the device still under warranty?
