RAM problem with Go Launcher

I have Sony Ericsson Neo V.
Yesterday, I installed Go Launcher EX. It worked fine. Then I saw that I had to download some widgets. After I downloaded some widgets and added them I started having memory RAM problems. From 335 RAM, I have only 50 free and it was very laggy. Without Go Launcher I had about 120 RAM free.

That's what I added:
GO Calendar
GO Launcher EX (Chrome theme)
GO Launcher EX Notification
GO Locker (Black Mexdroid theme)
GO Power Master
GO SMS Pro
GO Switch
GO TaskManager EX
GO Weather
GO Widget Glow Legacy Theme

Should I remove some widgets or should I change launcher? Try ADW maybe?
 
Yeah...It's better now. I don't want to open a topic to post it, but it seems like Foursquare Timescape doesn't work on GO Launcher. Does anyone know a similar app (widget)?
