Under task management (hold down the home button); RAM it has said as much as 1.36gb/1.62gb. What happens or what can I expect when I start seeing the first number come closer to the total space of 1.62gb? Thanks

The phone might start to slow down or stutter and it will likely get warm. Battery will be draining a little quicker than normal, too.

I've done a LOT of stuff on my phone, though, and haven't been able to get that thing pegged, yet.

Once the RAM is getting full, Android will automatically remove not used apps from the memory. You are not supposed to do anything, let the device do what it needs to do. Do not install task killers as they do more harm than good, specially in ICS.

I wouldn't worry too much about RAM usage, Android is built in such a way that it can run perfectly fine with nearly all the RAM being used. If it gets a bit too much it will then manage your apps that you have in the background manually and stop ones that aren't being used in order to make some room. It's not like in Windows where more free RAM the better. Having apps and processes run in the background is a good thing as it means you can load up stuff quicker as it's already in memory :)

This is correct. Previous post not so much. Read the link in my signature

Thanks for explaining. The phone does get hot rather quickly and the RAM does fill up but I would expect everyone else's phone to be doing the same. I really haven't went crazy with a bunch of stuff as touchwhiz takes care of mostly everything that I wold have been using before. Battery is much improved from my GNexus but of course it can be drained rather quickly depending on what I'm doing.
