Ram used and free?

Just curious as to how much ram is being used and how much is free under the running tab on your razr maxx.

636mb used and 204mb free.

Is 636 too high?

No. If anything its too low. In Android/Linux, free ram is wasted ram. You're better off just letting Android do is thing and assume its working well, and only worry about the ram usage if you experience a problem (lag, the home screen or app list reloading from scratch often, etc).

My phone its currently running quite happily at 153mb free.

It should still be (from the homescreen) Menu>apps>running apps tab, then it will be on the bottom. Or install System Panel, or something similar and that will give you RAM usage and lots of other information.
