Hey everyone.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I have had it for exactly a week. I haven't really had any problems with it until today.
My friend texted me this morning and told me I butt dialed her and left her a butt message. I thought it was strange because I haven't butt dialed anyone since I switched to touch screen phones. I always lock my phone before it goes into my pocket. It normally sits on my desk at work or in my cup holder in my car while i am driving.
So I decided to look in my recent calls. I have no out going or incoming calls to or from her in 3 days. I haven't texted her in 3 days either. There was no recent contact from her for my phone to just randomly call it. And it doesn't show up in my outgoing call log.
I did some searching online. I have found some stuff about phantom calling but nothing like this. Most people say their phone is dialing random numbers, they all ended up being a scam. Has anyway had their phone dial people in their contact list but then have no record of the call being made?
Like I said, only had the phone a week. I have really not done to much with the phone, downloaded a few apps like Ifunny, Pintrest, Netflix, and 4 Pics 1 word. I barely use any of my apps. I check facebook and Pintrest a few times a day. I use my email a lot for work. But this week all I have really used the phone for is texting. I have been to busy to really play with the phone.
I also have Lookout on my phone, its scans every app when I download it. And does a scan a couple times a day and tells me everything is fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
