Random ding dong

I have a new galaxy edge and I keep getting a random ding dong every couple of minutes. It's driving me crazy

Please help
 
Do you have any notification symbols in the top left?

Have you downloaded any apps recently? If it has been happening recently it could be something related to a new application.
