Help Random Freeze Up

Love my S7, but recently it has been randomly freezing: either total black screen or (once) on the Always On screen. I can get it back by doing a soft reset, but it is concerning.

The only factors in common are:
- in my pocket
- had left the house

I wonder if it is related to the recent update to Good Lock?

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Phone problem mate. i have been struggling with the same problem for last several months. Barely 5-6 month old phone. Samsung changed the motherboard and battery, but the problem persists. Samsung refuses to accept that there is a problem. they keep it under observation for a week and say that the problem is with the SD card. without it there is no issue. ... duh!! why have the provision for a SD card when the phone crashes with it. Very disappointed with the response from Samsung.
