This is starting to drive me crazy...random activation of capacitive keys menues poping up repeatedly. pulled battery.... reboot device...keeps comming back
Anybody got a fix....please!

I have the same issue. Never had screens pop up, but had the vibration feedback that something was touching the screen and it wasn't. I have also had my capacitive keys stop working and have to reboot. would love to know how to fix this.

Can't believe its more than a month and hasn't been more of an issue for anyone else. Must be some wierd random glitch. Sing out if you've. Had it happen

Ive had it happen but only on the charger... Switched out cords and plug problem solved for me

I was about to suggest that when I read the OP. It's an issue that crops up from time to time in various device areas here, from Samsung products mostly though. And yes, it does remedy with changing out the charging cable. :)

Yea worked like a charm for me, I had a old htc charger used that and no problems sence

Just to be clear, mine does this when it's not plugged in. Are we saying it's likely to remain "funky" until we pull the battery and use only the proper Samsung charger? I too use an HTC Charger on one of my billion stations around the house. I suppose I'll have to start carrying that little transformer around.

Has anyone been having the tw lockscreen randomly appear on whatever screeen you are on?
Would like to uninstall it.
tried finding it on titanium backup with no luck.

I popped the battery out and rebooted the phone. I thought the problem had gone away, but on the drive home (not that I'm fiddling on the phone on the drive!) I noticed it, but it was much less than normal. I plugged it into it's proper charger, and I could blatantly tell the problem got much worse, and the menu would open and then freeze, almost disabling the back and menu buttons (in fact all of the bottom row).

At least I'm not the only one. What a pain though! Could it be faulty hardware? Possibly a root -> titanium -> back to stock -> return and just bring the new phone up to speed. The only trick will be getting it to do it in front of the tech!
