Help Random notification sounds

Every once in a while I'll get a very loud notification sound (a sound that, as far as I know, is not associated with any of my apps - email, text, etc). When I check the phone, there are no notifications. Thoughts?

Nova Launcher is the only service that is turned on. I'm on ATT with an unlocked v20.

What about a lost signal notification? Possibly?

How would I know if this is the case, or how can I test this out? Also, since it is a unique notification sound, is there a way to hear what this notification sounds like?

uhm oddity do you get LG Health notifications? I turned it off but then I turned it back on. It will ping me at random times - and it has a different notification than my other stuff

Just to be certain I opened LG Health, went to settings, and the option for Notifications is turned off. :/
