I am getting random vibration notification. How do I turn them off?

You need to identify which app is producing them.

To give you an example, about 2 years ago I would get "random" alert sounds from my phone for no obvious reason. It turned out that I had a battery monitoring app set to alert me when the battery temperature went above a certain value, but as I had forgotten ever setting this it took me weeks to work out what it was.

So all I can really say is that one of your apps is producing them, and there will be some reason. However, that doesn't tell us which. You could try seeing which apps have the permission to use the vibration motor and then checking each of them to see whether it could be alerting you to something (e.g. checking its settings). There is an app called Addons Detector which can produce a list of all apps with the VIBRATE permission, which would narrow the list a little (though my phone has 47 apps which can do this, so it may not be a short list).
