Help Random reboot loops

Hey guys

I've got my Desire for about a year now and something strange accured last month.
Every 1 and a half or 2 days my phone randomly reboots. When it has rebooted and I come back to my homescreen it loads everything and then reboots again. It does this the entire time untill I manually reboot or shut it down.

So it's like this. It crashes, reboots, loads all homescreens/apps/... , Crashes, reboots, loads all homescreens/apps/ ... , crashes, reboots, ...
If I then reboot or shut the phone down manually it stops.
If I don't, it keeps doing this in a loop...

Any ideas on how this might have accured?

PS: I might put a Nandroid backup on again if none can help me

If a factory reset or nandroid backup doesn't sort it, it's probably a hardware fault.

It isn't a hardware problem... Like I said, I have the phone for about 1 year now and the problem only accured 1 month ago...

My phone worked faultlessly for 9 or 10 months and then it started doing it. Faulty motherboard.

If you read through the thread others have the same experience - it doesn't happen out of the box.
