Help random reboots!

just received a refurbished replacement droid x, was hoping i wouldn't have any problems with it.
i cant get this thing to stop rebooting randomly by itself.
its literally rebooting every 5-6 minutes, every time i look at my phone i see the droid eye boot animation or i hear "droid"

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Citystars.

I am wondering what it is that is holding you back from returning a defective device. Did they tell you that you could not do that? If so, you need to talk to another support rep.

There is no way I'd keep a phone that does not function through no fault of my own.
