Help Random restart/youtube won't work

The youtube app says "Connection problem. Touch to try again." But touching it won't do anything. did a restart, no help

When my alarm was supposed to go off this morning, I was greeted by the sound of my phone restarting.

Also, recently, when I've been unplugging the charger, the phone makes a much louder chirp than normal.

Update:

Clocks on phone show different times, none corresponding to what time it actually is. Touchscreen and physical keyboard only work intermittently. Went to TMo yesterday, they're sending me a new phone free of charge.
