Help random restarts

hello my phone has restarted all by itslef atleast 5 times in the last 7 hours also the battery is draining fast down to 50% in the same time

screen has only been on for 25minutes


its also only saying 1h6m55s on battery yet its been off the charger for 7 hours

I would suggest restarting it in Safe Mode and see if it still restarts itself so much. I know it's so frustrating when you have multiple problems to be able to work on one at a time. Hope that helps. (If you don't know how to restart in safe mode it should be in the quick tips sticky in your phone's forum, I expect).

I had the very same thing mate, sadly it required being sent back for repair.

They replaced the motherboard and iv not had the problem since its return.

Nah its only the international s3 thats affected by the SDS thing mate, the US ones are safe fae that i think :thumbup:

A month ago I was having the same problem where my phone S3 was shutting off and turning on randomly. It lasted for a week and it was happening once a day.
At first I did a manual reboot(hard reset) I thought it the solve the problem, but instead my phone reboot itself 3 days after.
I decided to go back to the store I purchase my phone and report the problem. The agent took my phone but this time did a reset default and no problem ever since.

Of cause make sure to save all your apps and data prior to reset the phone.
