Help Random Shutdown

Hi,

Bought a Fit for my wife a few 6 weeks ago. Lately it has been randomly shutting down. She has to remove the battery, replace it and power up again. Anyone else having this problem? I have a Galaxy Ace, and this happens once a week or so but I have not heard of it for the fit. Suggestions or advice?

I have the same random shutdown problem. I have updated the firmware, but still have the problem.

Same with my wife's new phone, almost 4 weeks old.

It started happening after she had a screen protector put on and got a somewhat tight slip-in case - after a few minutes, the system seems to have crashed, showing a black command line screen. That was 3 days ago and since that, the phone has shutdown 3 times (complete shutdown), restarting only after removing the battery.

Last time was outside of the sleeve, so I'm ruling out pressure from it...
