did an FDR last night per the vzw warranty return "diagnostics" (my main speaker blew a couple months ago and im returning under warranty.
initially after the JB update i did not do a reset and my phone was working great. butter smooth, fast, overall much improved. battery life was also better. now after doing the reset my phone randomly speaks droid (my notification) but i have no messages, voicemails, emails, etc. im not new to this phone. now...it has since stopped doing that but is randomly vibrating 3 times for no apparent reason. nothing looks out of place when it happens using watchdog.
oddly enough (probably due to the random vibration every few minutes) battery life has since gotten worse than it was on ICS.
it has done the vibration 3 times (9 in total) while writing this post. sometimes it will go 30 minutes between happening.
i also just found out it does it while in the middle of a call too. done it a few times while talking now.
