Help random video and audio pauses

Lurker
I started getting pauses watching video podcasts files. I tried watching videos files with DxPlayer and it did the same thing. Now it's also started pausing playing audio files. I've had the S3 16 months playing videos and audio files with no problem. I even played recordings from my Windows Media Center. I did find turning the phone off and them back on allows me to watch the videos without pauses for a time. Later during the phones on time it will come back.

I was using the smart stay and some power saving options the whole time without issue. Turning them off had no effect. I tried uninstalling the recently installed apps and stopping the virus scanner without any effect on the problem.

I don't know if it's relavent but I'm using bluetooth headphones.

Pauses mean that your connection speed (the speed from the server streaming the content to your phone) is less than the speed at which the content is playing. Where and why that's occurring is way beyond the scope of this forum.

These are podcasts that are downloaded video files on the phone along with other video files on the phone and music files.
