Randomized pictures

When I create a folder with pictures and have them (the pictures) named in a specific order, lets say 1, 2, 3 and so on so it would be organized, why is that when I transfer that folder from my PC to my phone, the pictures in the phone are not in order and are pretty much randomized?

How can I sort this out so my pictures would be in order?

Just had s look at my albums and the pictures are in date (from the exif info) order.
I couldn't see a way to change that order.
