my htc one v stucks and reboot randomly. Is it any software complaint?

It could be software related. You might trying powering off and removing the battery for a minute. Replace and reboot. This often will clear nagging problems. If this doesn't help.. and you have access to the phone.. you might check to see if you have an app running that is not working properly. It should be something recently installed.. the same approximate time your reboot problems started. If so.. remove it and perhaps re install it under close scrutiny. I hope this helps.
