Apps Ranking and Sub Menu Problem

Hi,

I want to create a Ranking base android application. But i am unable to understand where i can start. If anyone can help me on this think i need it urgent.

One more think is i want to create a sub menu. Where the sub menu will be hidden. After clicking the menu the hidden sub menu will arise.

I need these two help very urgent.
