Razor & ICS problems

I used Mobisynapse to sync outlook to my phone. After the ICS update, I keep getting SD card error messages. I have the USB Debugging checked on the phone, but it still will not sync.

I need outlook on my phone for work. Does anyone know if the companion link program will work with the new ICS?
