RAZR $111.11 at Amazon 11/11/11 New Customers Only

One thing I read mentioned it was for new 2 year contracts only....not sure it applies for existing customers. Can anyone confirm/deny?
 
I need to open a new account (I am not on Verizon)? Can I do this deal, buy the Gnex full price, sell RAZR for about 500 on craigslist and transfer my line to the new GNex? This way can play around with a RAZR for a while and use it on a trip that I'm going on next week.

I ran into the same issue -- I want to keep my $5 for 250 text messages plan, but Amazon Wireless doesn't appear to give you that option. And the next cheapest text message plan means paying an additional $15 per month, or $360 over the life of the 2-year contract.

Too bad -- I have a couple hundred bucks worth of Amazon discount codes I was hoping to use on this phone.
