Razr Delayed?!?!

No new info. They claim it was supposed to be released this week...and are saying it will be available next week (just like we're expecting). Seems like another revenue-driving article.

Lol...I wouldn't even pay that any mind.
Vzw has committed to releasing the phone on Nov 10th already. They run the risk of just about everyone cancelling they're pre-order if they pull this crap.

Judging from the story and the information I think it's safe to say they are referring to a version outside of the states, look at the dollar amounts. Who knows maybe theres a overseas shipping problem. I think we're good.

Sadly, signs indicate that the US launch will be next week instead of this week now.

Look for a unique launch date number (what would sound unique during November 2011?). Nothings been finalized, but almost certainly next week.

We've been working with a guaranteed release date of 11/10/11 per Verizon so we haven't been expecting it this week even though it would've been nice. Verizon is also guaranteeing a "ship no later than date of 11/10/11" for preorders. Are you suggesting the release is Friday 11/11/11?

I believe the UK version was scheduled to be released on Nov. 1st. So yes the UK version has been delayed until Nov. 7th. The U.S. version has been confirmed for release on Nov. 10th.

Question if the Razr is released on 11/10/2011 are the sending it next day air? Meaning getting the phone on Friday 11th?

VZW generally ships 2nd day FedEx. We're all hoping the phone ships on the 8th so we'll get it on the 10th. That seems to be their pattern in the past.
