Phone is about 3 years old but i just did a fresh install off CM11 because of this problem but not fixed. It will freeze solid requiring a "battery Pull" command. Always when i'm not using it and the screen 99% of the time won't come on. It seems like it should be a hardware issue but i haven't tried safe mode yet. Anyone with any thoughts on hardware vs software?
