Some Samsung users on another forum mentioned ICS 4.0.3 and a voltage problem preventing charging...
Mine's different: My RAZR MAXX with ICS 4.0.4, which usually goes from 3.8 to 4.1v seems to be hovering around 4.225 and 4.33v. I've not seen it under 4v for some time now, and this problem started a day or two ago.
Has anybody else run into this problem?
Mine is rooted and using SetCPU to keep the CPU speed lower, but that shouldn't be a reason...
And is 4.3v too high to begin with? (I've only found "3.8v nominal" for specs so far...)
