I just got my RAZR this week and love it. I probably wouldn't ask about getting an iPhone on an Android forum though. I think the general consensus is usually go for the Android device.

Maxx or nexus. I wouldn't own a Samsung personally, but if you like it I think it's a good device. The Motorola is second to none in fit and finish and cellular radio reception. The nexus will see quicker OS updates. Try em out, but those would be my two suggestions at the moment.

I'll second both (a) Moto makes the best radios and (b) stay clear of Samsung. S4 is an excellent phone if that's what you want... but if 4G data is just too good to pass up. I love the Razr. Not a huge fan of Moto IU, but if you don't mind 3rd party apps... GO launcher, phone, SMS and contacts will address that... as will Business Calendar.
