Help Razr is messing on me? Anyone else having these problems??

My Droid Razr has been messing up here pretty regular... I just wanted to see if anyone else was having these problems??? My battery will not charge all the time correctly, it will double text sometimes, my apps will exit out of themselves sometimes. I have factory reset it and actually deleted all the apps before had and all put a have only put one or 2 apps on there since and those are def not causing i know that for a fact. It will still do it every now again. It freezes up alot and is very slow and I know if it is because we don't have 4g and it is constanly looking for 4g? it is like the phone has a mind of it's own. I am actually really dispointed in the camera, I was really expecting the camera to be awesome, and it is not it's really blurry. I had the Incredible 2 before and the camera was AWESOME!!! I took it to my local Verizon store and I had to leave it there for them to test it for me. I just want to know if othere people are having problems with these phones or is it just me?!?!

Or if one or two of those added apps after factory reset were a sms app, you have probably nailed it..... and IMHO those 3rd party sms apps are the root cause of the double txt's.
