Help Razr Maxx dont initialize

Hello, i dont think i saw a similar thread already, sorry if there already is one.

So, I bought a Razr Maxx about a month ago and it has a problem since then.
I power up the phone but it doesnt initialize (it stays on the motorola logo screen and it stays there!).
I send it to Motorola Support and they had apparently fixed it, but when i turned off the phone again, it is having the same problem again..

Does anybody knows how to fix it? Because it is getting really annoying and i dont want to send it back to support again, if it was possible. I had to wait almost a month to be able to use my phone.. I don't want to wait another month to be able to use it again..

You are saying to just reboot it? I already done that. I reboot the phone and every time it just keeps freezing in the Motorola Logo (with the Logo beating as if it was a heart).

There is any other option that comes to mind?
 
Normally I wait around 5 minutes until I try it again, but yesterday I tried letting it turned on (charging) when I went to sleep but when I woke up it was still in the Motorola logo screen.. :/

I don't know what to do, I am thinking about going to the Motorola Authorized Support that helped me the last time and see what they can do for me..
 
I would definitely take it back to where ever you bought it as there is an obvious hardware fault. and it must still be under warranty.
