Root razr maxx is wacked...help

i got a rooted razr maxx today(what ever taht means) it worked great when i got it and i done a factory reset on it to get rid of all the old accounts pics and contacts...and now when it comes on it only shows my status bar at the top or i can push the power/lock button then when the little penguin lock screen shows up i can get to my phone or my texts...but there are no apps that show up or anything...is there a way i can get it back to original settings or back to the rooted settings?

it says "artic" on the lock screen below the penguin that you have to touch to unlock

BTW i know NOTHING about all the fancy lingo ive read about on here so you'll have to really spell it out for me please...lol

It's easy to run, but requires that you have all of the phone drivers on your PC (the utility runs on the PC, not the phone).

You could also try menu > system settings > accounts & sync and add your Google (Gmail) account. That might help you to bring down your previously downloaded apps (assuming you have some).

When you're on the home screen, at the bottom middle of the screen should be an icon with 6 dots, pressing that should take you to all of the apps installed on the phone.
