razr maxx newbie - first time here

Nice site. I will be referencing here for my android info.
I have had a razr maxx about 35 days now. Had previously owned a Blackberry Perl.

Have been looking for resolution to razr maxx randomly dropping bluetooth headset connection.
Have exchanged phone once, done a factory reset and activated Allow Bluetooth Bypass in Location & Security settings.
I contacted Verizon tech support once and Motorola tech support 4 times.
Motorola now believes my H730 headset may be defective.
I do not believe so.
I will be testing a newer H730 to find out.

My motorola H730 & plantronics voyager pro+ gave no problems until using them with my razr maxx.

My problems occur in a 3G area so I do not think the 4G is an issue.
Will be testing the connection with WiFi turned off.

Hoping to get a resolution. The bluetooth issue may be a deal breaker for the razr maxx.
