Help razr Maxx phone calendar sync issues

I have been trying to sync my Phone calendar of my new Razor maxx with my google calendar when I go to calendars to sync
my phone calendar displays non synched, visible. How can I get this to sync with no option in menu to do so.
Did perfectly with my Droid 1 and then X. Anyone know how to fix?
